As the Founder of I Am Konfident Inc., it is my absolute honor to welcome you into our world of KONFIDENCE — a movement born from purpose, passion, and legacy.
What began as a heartfelt vision through IAmKonfident.com has now evolved into I Am Konfident Incorporated, an officially registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This milestone represents more than growth — it represents commitment. Commitment to service. Commitment to community. Commitment to continuing a legacy of love.
I Am Konfident Inc. was founded in honor of my mother, Ethel L. Russell, and is dedicated to the loved ones who remain near and dear to my heart. Their strength, grace, and unwavering belief in the power of joy and positivity inspire everything we do. Through this organization, we proudly continue our family’s legacy — spreading joy, love, empowerment, and, most importantly, KONFIDENCE.
From a young age, I knew I was called to uplift others. I dreamed of being in radio — using my voice to inspire and bring happiness to people everywhere. Growing up, I naturally became the problem solver, the encourager, the safe space. People of all ages would come to me — sometimes even strangers — simply to share their hearts. And every time, I found myself offering words that uplifted, comforted, and strengthened them.
As I matured, I realized this wasn’t coincidence — it was a gift.
Today, I walk boldly in that gift. I allow it to make room for me as I continue building platforms, programs, and initiatives that pour back into the very communities that helped shape me. I Am Konfident Inc. is more than an organization — it is a movement dedicated to helping individuals discover their voice, own their brilliance, and walk confidently in their purpose.

A compassionate and driven Registered Nurse with 20 years of experience, Marquita Butler serves as the International Director of Health for a nonprofit organization, blending clinical excellence with a passion for global impact. An experienced ICU nurse, she brings calm leadership and deep expertise to every initiative. As a former gym owner and health and wellness coach, Marquita champions preventive care and whole-person wellness. Known for her approachable style and collaborative spirit, she empowers communities through education and sustainable health solutions — inspiring trust, resilience, and healthier living worldwide.

Alyse Feldman, Founder of On the Fly, brought more than 25 years of combined experience in public relations, sales, marketing, social media, and event production. But beyond her résumé, Alyse brought heart. She brought vision. She brought excellence.
As Honorary Director of I Am Konfident Inc., Alyse embodied the very spirit of confidence, leadership, and service that our organization stands for. I Am KONFIDENT Mission and Purpose
The organization’s primary mission is: I Am Konfident Inc. lifts spirits to create and build healthier lives from the inside out. We encourage each other, aim to inspire lifelong teachings and learning by advancing knowledge within for our youth to adults in our communities globally.
The I Am KONFIDENT Inc. foundation seeks to KONFIDENTLY empower our youth and women of all ages. Educate and enhance their economic backgrounds and lifestyles for building self konfidence. Advocating for Body Positivity, size acceptance, creating and maintaining konfident development skills to improve the livelihood of today's youth and women.

- Encourage the development of leadership in our youth and women
- Provide opportunities for women to support issues of concern to them
- Enhance Konfident awareness of how our youth and women can improve the quality of their lives

KONFIDENT MISSION
- Encourage leadership by our youth and women in the State of GA & Globally: Demonstrate support for issues that concern the youth and women;
- Enhance Konfidence awareness of how the youth and women can improve the quality of life locally and globally,
- Increase awareness of the resources available to the youth and women Globally;
- Promote cooperation and collaboration among our youth, women and women’s organizations;
- Develop a network of business and communication; and bringing our youth and women of all lifestyles of diverse backgrounds together.
- Hold an economically self-sustaining Conference bi-quarterly or yearly.
- Maintain the affordability of the Conference.
- Foster a celebration of KONFIDENCE in today's youth and in women.
- Bringing together our youth and women of all lifestyles to KONFIDENTLY develop a network of communication in entertainment and business.
